Training programme
The ESDP training, sponsored by the Office of the Development Commissioner (MSME) and implemented by the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), was conducted at Kangmong Agro Cluster from 01/02/2023 to 23/03/2023. The 35-day program was inaugurated by Hanjabam Shubhra Devi, Proprietor of Meira Foods, with Dr. Kh. Chinglen Singh and Naorem Landhoni Devi of SEVA-MANIPUR as guests of honor.
Twenty-five artisans, mostly homemakers and self-employed individuals, participated. The training included practical and theoretical classes on various topics, including branding, labeling, packaging, and FSSAI Registration, all taught by Hanjabam Shubhra Devi and her team. The artisans received necessary items like aprons, masks, hand gloves, and knives.
On the final day, the participants visited the Meira Foods factory, inspiring them to pursue their dreams with determination and motivation.
